Your everyday life with us
You will be an important hub in the company where you handle invoicing of new customers, provide technical support when our customers need help, and see opportunities for upselling in every customer interaction. The job is perfect for you who enjoy juggling multiple tasks at once and thrive when things are happening! Customer contact takes place via phone, email, and chat – so every day brings new challenges.
We believe that you

• Have worked with invoicing programs before – this is important to us
• Love a fast pace and can smoothly juggle multiple tasks
• Get energized by both helping and selling to customers
• Are structured but flexible when needed
• Can communicate clearly and pedagogically in Swedish

Extra points if you
Have experience with alarms, security systems, or other technical equipment
Have worked with technical support or customer service before
Are familiar with CRM systems
