Are you communicative, service-oriented, and enjoy making a difference in every customer interaction? We are looking for you who want a part-time job in a social role with a lot of customer contact, where you can contribute to creating a positive experience in our early reminder processes.
To increase flexibility in our staffing, we are now seeking several part-time substitutes for our Early Collection department, where you will be offered a meaningful part-time job. Perfect for you who have another main occupation but want to be part of a professional and engaged work environment.
Get into the role
You will work with service and communication towards customers who are behind on their payments. The position involves extensive customer contact where you professionally remind and assist customers in their situation. You will handle customer cases in several different systems and act within the given frameworks for the bank's interests. The phone is your main working tool, and you contribute to ensuring that customers have a good experience and a professional response. Working hours are in the afternoons from 1 PM to 5 PM and the position reports to the Collection Manager.
You will receive thorough training in our systems and products, so you can quickly get into the role. With the right support, you will be ready to deliver really good customer experiences – and at the same time have fun at work!
Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
· Make outgoing phone calls to customers who are behind on their payments.
· Meet and handle customer inquiries about overdue credits and loan engagements in a solution-oriented manner.
· Document customer contacts and manage cases in several different systems.
· Work within given frameworks and authorities to meet both the customer's and the bank's interests.
· Handle both regular and more complex customer situations, always aiming to create a positive experience and professional response.
The team has a strong focus on achieving set goals and KPIs.
