About the Organization
RFSU Malmö's operations focusing on SRHR and HIV/STI prevention work to ensure that young people and young adults at risk, as well as migrants, have access to equitable and quality sexual and reproductive health in Skåne. We achieve this through educational initiatives aimed at professionals and by providing accessible sexual education directly to young people and young adults, as well as individuals with migration experience and in social vulnerability.
The focus of the operations is on preventive and health-promoting work aimed at enhancing communication about sexual health and reducing the risks of HIV/STI transmission.
We direct our efforts to, among other things, meeting places and accommodations where young people and young adults at risk and migrants reside, and we conduct capacity-building training aimed at staff in areas such as social work, civil society, and LSS.
About the Position
The work involves planning and implementing capacity-building training on SRHR and HIV/STI aimed at staff.
Planning and conducting discussion meetings on SRHR and HIV/STI in various languages/easy Swedish, as well as sexual education aimed at individuals in social vulnerability.
In collaboration with colleagues, be responsible for the organization's budget and financial follow-up.
Develop and ensure the quality of RFSU's initiatives regarding HIV/STI and SRHR in various languages through collaboration with internal and external networks.
The work also involves writing grant applications and reporting back to funders together with colleagues.
We Offer
The position is a fixed-term employment at 70% during the period from April 1 to December 31, 2026. The degree of employment may change based on notifications from other funders.
RFSU Malmö applies a collective agreement with occupational pension, goal-oriented working hours, and benefits such as wellness grants and wellness hours. Full-time working hours are 37.5 hours/week.
Evening and weekend work may occur. The current position requires you to be flexible with your working hours to meet the needs of the organization.
RFSU Malmö has an office on Helmfeltsgatan, near Triangeln in Malmö.

You are solution-focused, development-oriented, independent, and can pedagogically translate theory into concrete action. In your work, you are unpretentious, used to building relationships, collaborating with many people in different roles, and creating trust with others. You are self-driven and take responsibility for your tasks by structuring your work and driving it forward based on set goals.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
- good competence in pedagogy
- knowledge or experience in social work.
- competence in project management
- experience in independently developing, planning content, and conducting training aimed at professionals
- knowledge of one or more of the following topics: SRHR, HIV/STI, anti-racism, migration, social vulnerability, and norm criticism
- good computer skills, experience, and familiarity with working in various digital systems
- good knowledge and can communicate orally and in writing well enough to perform the tasks in Swedish, as the working language is Swedish
It Is Also Meritorious If You Have
- knowledge of at least one language spoken by our primary target group; Arabic, Dari, or Somali

RFSU Malmö is a local association within RFSU that works for improved sexual health and increased knowledge about sexual and reproductive rights for people in Skåne. The work is based on a norm-critical perspective. Today, RFSU Malmö has nearly 1500 members and an office with 10 employees.
