About the position

Perido is looking for a technical project manager for an authority with an important societal mission. The authority is in the midst of a major technical transformation – from heavy and complex architecture to a more flexible, scalable, and event-driven environment. The position is based at the authority's office in Norrköping, with some possibility for remote work. A security clearance will be conducted before the start of the position.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for technical project management within IT infrastructure, networks, and security systems at the system level, such as access control systems, cameras, and alarms. Your main tasks will include:

• Identifying the IT infrastructure needs of real estate projects
• Actively participating in project meetings and acting as SPOC for IT towards local project management
• Conducting needs analysis, ordering, coordinating, and quality assuring IT deliveries in real estate projects
• Maintaining daily contact and coordination with internal and external suppliers to ensure deliveries according to applicable processes
• Coordinating, following up, and approving deliveries from suppliers
• Continuously informing the business and project about decided, ongoing, and upcoming deliveries
• Supporting local IT technicians during delivery and troubleshooting
• Reporting status, risks, and deviations to the section management group and escalating when necessary
• Preparing technical documentation, plans, and decision materials
• Collaborating closely with IT, security, and real estate functions

Qualifications:

• At least three years of documented experience as a technical project manager or IT project manager
• Experience with technical deliveries in real estate-related projects, such as new construction, renovation, or expansion
• Practical experience in project management within IT infrastructure, networks, and security technology
• Experience in supplier management and follow-up of external parties
• Experience in projects where public procurement (LOU or equivalent) has been applied
• Familiarity with planning, executing, and following up on technical tasks
• Good experience in producing technical documentation, project plans, and decision materials
• Experience in collaboration between IT, security, and real estate functions
• Certification in project management methodology
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Valid project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or equivalent
• Experience or certification in XLPM (eXtreme Lean Project Management)

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment for 6 months through Perido, with the ambition to be over-recruited to the client afterwards. Immediate start.
