JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a social worker in IFO Adult, your tasks will include investigating, managing, and following up on cases and interventions focusing on dependency, harmful use, social psychiatry, and violence in close relationships according to SoL and LVM. You will also work together with your colleagues to develop and coordinate efforts related to violence in close relationships, as well as investigate and offer support to victims and perpetrators of violence, while also being a resource for your colleagues.

We work closely with Open Care, IFO Children and Youth, the employment unit, social psychiatry, and financial assistance.

We are three social workers working with adult cases.

QUALIFICATIONS

A degree in social work is required.

Furthermore, you are familiar with current legislation and have a good ability to express yourself in the Swedish language, both orally and in writing. Previous experience in investigative work within social services, preferably with adults, is an advantage, but equally important is your personal suitability and interest in the work.

You have a good ability to listen to different perspectives and collaborate with others, and you are good at structuring your work, prioritizing, and completing your tasks. You are confident and curious about other people and skilled at building relationships and creating networks.

You are interested in learning and developing in your work and take personal responsibility for ongoing knowledge development.

As travel may be required in the position, a Class B driver's license is a requirement.
