JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Hello!

We are a brave, positive, and well-functioning team of therapists that we are now expanding, and we are looking for our next colleague! With us, we work from a holistic perspective focusing on the needs, well-being, and development of the child. We believe that collaboration, both internally and externally, is of utmost importance to provide our children and youth with the best opportunities in life.

In your role as a family therapist, you will work with children, youth, and their families who need support and interventions related to relationships, caregiving ability, and behavior. You will also lead parent groups together with your colleagues, and we are currently developing our work within TSI (Early Coordinated Interventions).

The Open Care operates with assistance from social services but also offers advisory and non-assistance treatment interventions. Your task will be to strengthen the parental role, work to improve relationships within the family, and support the family to ensure that daily life and family life function as well as possible and to prevent placements. The work also involves finding effective outpatient solutions together with the family and collaborating with other resources that may be available in the family's local environment.

If this sounds like a position for you, do not hesitate to apply as we have ongoing recruitment.

We require that you have a degree in social work or another qualification that the employer assesses as equivalent to the assignment. It is advantageous if you have professional experience in treatment work with children, youth, and families, as well as further training in, for example, Signs of Safety, KIBB, the Safety Circle, and/or COPE, and that you have experience in leading child groups and/or parent support groups.

You need to have good knowledge of social documentation with a solid understanding of how to work with implementation plans.

To thrive in this role, we believe you are curious and humble regarding people's different life situations. You have a systemic and salutogenic approach and a good ability to create sustainable relationships. You are flexible and able to adapt and think creatively if the assignment requires it. You can work independently and are prepared to take significant responsibility for your assignment. In return, you will be offered a stimulating workplace where you have easy access to support and help from both colleagues and management.

We expect you to be confident in your profession, positive, goal-oriented, and organized, and to have a strong drive regarding your belief in the individual's ability to develop and succeed.

You should have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and be accustomed to working with various digital tools in your daily work.
