Furuboda Assistans is a private assistance provider in southern Sweden with roots in the non-profit Furuboda Association. The company was established in 2005 and is a growing enterprise. Currently, Furuboda Assistans consists of approximately 700 employees. We strive to be a role model in sustainable business practices. We are now looking for female hourly substitutes who can start working immediately as well as substitutes for the summer for an elderly woman living in Tomelilla.

The woman lives with MS and has extensive care needs. The work involves being a support in her everyday life – from personal care to creating safety and structure in her home. Assistance is provided around the clock with awake night shifts, and some parts of the shifts are performed as double assistance. The work is close, responsible, and requires both professionalism and genuine commitment.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in care work and who feels comfortable working with individuals who have significant care needs. You are calm, attentive, and respectful, with an understanding of the importance of integrity in close work. You thrive on responsibility, can work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues, and have a flexible attitude towards working hours. Great importance is placed on personal suitability – the right person has a warm demeanor and a professional approach.
