Production Leader for Army Materiel

We are now looking for a production leader who wants to be involved at a strategic level in the growth journey that the army and the defense forces are currently on. Do you have experience in planning and follow-up and a strong drive to develop work within the army materiel area? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

About the position

As a production leader, you will have a central role in coordinating, planning, and following up on Army Materiel's production. You will help ensure that operations are carried out efficiently, purposefully, and with good traceability. In this role, you will participate in the authority's defense planning related to army materiel production and develop documentation and forecasts in close collaboration with controller functions, as well as participate in the development of working methods. You will contribute to developing the production function within the operational area and support the area manager in production-related matters.

The position is located in Stockholm.

About you

We are looking for someone with post-secondary education or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way. To succeed in this role, you should have several years of current and relevant experience in planning and follow-up, and be accustomed to working in various support systems, processes, and decision models within production. It is also essential that you have experience coordinating work with multiple stakeholders and that you have experience in preparing decision-making documents and documenting decisions. You should also have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written forms, as well as strong skills in MS Office.

It is an advantage if you have experience working in the defense sector, as well as experience in project management. We also view positively experience in project work at an aggregated level, such as portfolio or program level, as well as experience in the Defense Forces' material supply, for example through work within FMV or the Defense Forces.
