About the role

As a Logistics Developer at Pokayoke, you will work on exciting assignments that combine analysis, problem-solving, and business development. You will be part of an experienced delivery team and collaborate closely with both customers and colleagues. Your responsibilities include:

• Mapping and analyzing logistics flows within warehousing, transportation, and distribution

• Designing and modeling solutions using modern tools and methods

• Participating in customer projects with responsibility for data support, simulations, and improvement proposals

• Supporting the implementation of new working methods and systems

• Providing decision support to our customers through clear analyses and recommendations

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is analytical, curious, and enjoys working in a structured way with improvements that have a real impact. You thrive in an environment where you can combine data-driven analysis with close collaboration with customers and colleagues. We believe you have:

• Experience or education in logistics, supply chain, industrial economics, or similar

• Good ability to analyze and visualize data, preferably in Excel, Power BI, or other analysis tools

• Knowledge of simulation and modeling; experience is highly meritorious

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility in a project environment

• A drive to develop and eventually take on greater responsibility in assignments

The position is flexible, and you can live anywhere in Sweden. Travel in the job occurs to varying degrees depending on the assignment.
