Aleido is now looking for an engaged ILS Manager to help us create and manage complex technical information.

What the role entails

Depending on your background, you may work on everything from developing maintenance schedules and creating technical documentation to analyzing operational reliability, maintenance, and costs – or take a strategic holistic approach and shape long-term maintenance plans. Regardless of your specific role, you will work with a systems perspective that extends from the concept phase to decommissioning.

In the role of ILS Manager, you will among other things:

• Lead and develop ILS processes for new and existing products
• Ensure that product support and logistics solutions meet customer requirements
• Create and maintain good relationships with our customers' R&D departments, technical areas, and functional leaders within product support
• Contribute to the improvement and standardization of ILS methodology

Who you are

We are looking for someone who has:

• 3-8 years of relevant experience in systems analysis, technical documentation, service, or maintenance engineering.
• Experience with ILS
• A strong interest in technology, preferably with a connection to military vehicles or machinery.
• Good ability to lead, coordinate, and communicate between different technical areas
• Very good ability to express yourself orally and in writing in both Swedish and English.
• Ability to create, structure, and simplify complex information for high user-friendliness.
• Swedish citizenship in accordance with the nature of the assignment

Meritorious qualifications:

• Experience with logistics support within complex technical systems or defense-related projects.
• Experience in logistics engineering and/or S1000D
• Post-secondary education in areas such as vehicle technology, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics.
• Experience working in the defense industry or similar technical sector.
