About the role of Project Manager in Electrical Engineering

As a Project Manager in this role, you have overall responsibility for the execution of the electrical contracting project regarding economy, time, quality, working environment, and contracts. You will lead the project organization, coordinate internal and external resources, and ensure that the contracting is carried out according to contract documents, project goals, and the client's requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responsibility for the project execution from production start to handover.
• Lead and monitor the project's economy, forecasts, schedules, and results.
• Ensure that quality, working environment, and contractual requirements are met, as well as handling ÄTA (Additional, Changed, and Terminated) works, risks, and commercial issues.
• Lead the project's production and site management organization and coordinate the client, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Report the project status to the Project Director and company management, and participate in design, production, and construction meetings.

Who are you?

We believe you are a stable leader who enjoys taking responsibility and driving projects forward. You are structured and meticulous in your work. You have good communication skills and are accustomed to collaborating with many different types of people both internally and externally.

To succeed in the role, you need to have:

• At least 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in electrical contracting, preferably from larger contracting projects.
• Good knowledge of AB 04, ABT 06, and contracting law.
• Good financial understanding and experience in project monitoring.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate project organizations.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is highly meritorious if you have experience with business-critical facilities such as data centers, hospitals, or similar environments. Experience with critical infrastructure, such as UPS systems, backup power, switchgear, and power distribution, is also seen as a great advantage. Experience with testing, commissioning, and handover is also considered a merit.

The position is a full-time consulting assignment for one year with the possibility of extension. Start date is as soon as possible.
