Do you want to work with project planning and preparation in electricity distribution and be an important part of Sweden's energy transition? We are now looking for a Network Planner based in Stockholm.

This is a direct recruitment, which means you will be employed directly by the client company from day one. The recruitment process is managed by eLinked.

We can also assist with housing solutions in Stockholm if needed.

In the role of network planner, you will work with technical planning and project preparation within the electricity grid, primarily local networks. You are responsible for ensuring that the projects are properly prepared before construction and that the work meets requirements for safety, quality, and economy.

Tasks include, among others:

• Technical preparation of electricity network projects (0.4–24 kV)
• Design of underground cable networks, overhead lines, and substations
• Network calculations and technical dimensioning
• Preparation of work maps, material specifications, and work documents
• Cost calculations and budgeting
• Permit management and contact with landowners, customers, and authorities
• Coordination with project managers and contractors

You will be based in Stockholm but can work both from the office and in the field depending on project needs.

We are looking for someone with a technical understanding of electrical power and a desire to further develop in electricity network planning and preparation.

Requirements:

• Electrical engineering education or equivalent work experience
• Experience working within local networks
• At least 1–3 years of experience as a planner, distribution electrician, or similar role (more experience is certainly an advantage)
• Good computer skills
• Swedish and English in spoken and written form
• Driver's license B

Desirable competencies:

• Knowledge of EBR
• Experience with planning tools and network information systems
• Cost calculation and contract law
• Work with electricity distribution 0.4–24 kV
