As a Production Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth production flows, minimizing costs, and maximizing productivity.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are now looking for a Production Planner focused on planning and coordinating the production of complex systems and products within the industry. You will analyze production flows, evaluate material and resource needs, and ensure that production adheres to given timelines and quality standards. You will be responsible for your products from the initiation of production needs until the products are fully assembled and ready for delivery.

In addition, you will have a central role in driving and implementing business development projects within production in Järfälla. You will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement effective processes and strategies.

You will be part of a team of Production Planners and Project Managers who work closely together on the planning and progress of production projects, where the range of experience, skills, and ages is broad. The work environment is equal and values each other's opinions highly while systematically working on the work environment. You will be an important cog in business development and aligned working methods as exciting changes are currently taking place in the field of project and production planning.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:

• Has a BSc in a relevant field
• Has at least 1-3 years of work experience. You have a logistics background or a strong interest in flows/logistics and an understanding of production planning.
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently, as both languages are used in your work
• Knowledge of Excel, VBA, SQL, and IFS is a plus

As everyday life can be varied, flexibility and the ability to think outside the box when faced with challenges are required. Being a social and outgoing person is an advantage in this role, and it is essential that you are communicative, with solution-oriented and forward-thinking attitudes as the foundation for results. Since the role has a broad internal network, good collaboration skills, being attentive, and having a curious attitude towards change and improvement are important.

This is a consulting assignment with the possibility of extension.
