About the Job

The position is located in the Infrastructure Unit, which is responsible for the Kronofogden's premises supply, internal services, management, and security.

As a premises supplier, you belong to the operations and premises function.

The function is responsible for premises supply, premises management assignments, design of services, and operation of the authority's premises. The function is also responsible for the service and operation of the office in Sundbyberg. The work includes procurement, contract management, contract administration, adaptation and design issues, as well as strategic premises supply planning.

In the role of premises supplier, you will assist in acquiring and adapting suitable premises for the authority's operations. The work may also involve the decommissioning of premises. The work includes conducting feasibility studies and analyses, as well as project managing new construction, renovation, and decommissioning projects. You will also, if necessary, work with premises management assignments, insurance, procurement of furniture within local projects, and contract administration (cleaning, fruit, plants, mail handling, destruction, waste management, and invoice management).

The work is varied and involves daily contact with employees and managers at the authority's various offices, as well as many external contacts in the form of suppliers/contractors and property owners. It is important that you have an interest in development and change work within the premises supply area and that you have the ability to work in and contribute to management during change. The work includes travel with overnight stays in connection with local projects.

Everyone who works at Kronofogden contributes to combating crime by working against the criminal economy and collaborating with other authorities.

Your Qualifications:

• at least 15 years of work experience in the administration of lease agreements
• at least 9 years of work experience in property development
• at least 6 years of work experience in state, municipal, or regional operations.

It is desirable that you have experience from public operations or from working in a larger organization. It is also desirable that you have worked with similar tasks and have broad experience in one or preferably several of the following areas:

• premises supply within Kronofogden
• property management
• premises planning
• lease legislation
• lease negotiation
• project management

Good to Know

The employment is permanent and starts with a six-month probationary period. You will be employed as an administrator. Kronofogden offers the possibility of remote work by agreement with the employer.

Working in the state means that you follow the state value base. There are also special requirements for judgment, security thinking, and compliance with applicable laws. We ask questions during the interview about any previous criminality and shortcomings in previous employment. For final candidates, these questions are also asked of referees. We also obtain information about debts registered with Kronofogden, bankruptcy, and business prohibition. The information obtained is weighed in the overall assessment of your suitability for the position.

Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our tasks in the security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
