Our client is an authority within the transport sector that works to facilitate the everyday life of residents traveling and commuting in Stockholm city. This is an authority with a strong commitment and pride in their important societal mission. As a consultant, you will be part of an important journey and, together with the authority's employees, contribute to a better everyday life for the residents of Stockholm city.

We are looking for a business-driven and analytical property manager with a focus on local planning and management of rental agreements. The role involves overall responsibility for analyzing the organization's space needs, planning and optimizing space utilization, and ensuring cost-effective and functional space solutions for the organization.

As a property manager, you will work both strategically and operationally with the organization's internal and external premises. You are responsible for ensuring that the right spaces are available at the right time, in the right scope, and at the right cost.

The work includes budgeting and financial follow-up as well as negotiation and administration of rental agreements. You will drive the dialogue with both landlords and internal clients and have ongoing customer responsibility towards the organization. The role involves ensuring that space issues are handled professionally, commercially, and in accordance with the organization's guidelines and goals.

You will work closely with technical management, operations, and project organization on issues related to space adaptations, renovations, and investments. The role also includes contributing to the development of work methods and processes and strengthening the organization's ability to effectively plan and utilize its premises in the long term.

The assignment will primarily take place on-site at offices in Stockholm (Kungsholmen and Blåsut).

Assignment period Start: 2026-04-01 End: 2027-03-31

Option Possibility of extension for an additional 1 + 1 year under the same conditions.

Requirements for the position:

  • At least 2 years of experience in property or facility management, particularly in handling rental agreements.

  • At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis or similar work, as well as the ability to produce and analyze decision-making material.

  • At least 1 year of experience in project management or coordination where you have driven tasks and collaborated with various stakeholders.

  • University degree in real estate, economics, or urban planning, or equivalent experience.

Meritorious:

  • Experience from the public sector or larger organizations from at least one previous project.

  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative tasks.

  • Experience working strategically and long-term with planning space needs from at least one previous project.

Before the assignment can begin, a security clearance will be conducted.
