Why this job is for you You want to lead projects that shape the future of energy solutions. In a sector where technology, sustainability, and safety are at the forefront, you thrive on taking responsibility, creating structure, and driving projects forward. Whether it involves new construction or renovation of facilities, technical upgrades, or regulatory initiatives, you are accustomed to working in complex environments with many stakeholders.

As a project manager with us, you will play a key role for our clients in planning, leading, and following up on projects across various parts of the energy system – from heat production and electricity distribution to nuclear power and other energy infrastructure. You ensure that projects are executed in line with technical requirements, regulations, and business goals, with a focus on quality, coordination, and results.

But with us, you will not only have the opportunity to lead projects – you will become part of a context where project management is a core competence and an area we are constantly developing. Within Knightec Group, we have XLPM: our competence center for leadership and project management. Here we own and further develop XLPM – a proven methodology that provides you with structure and clarity in your assignment, and supports you in leading in complex environments with high demands for results, collaboration, and responsibility. In addition to the methodology, we offer a wide range of training, consulting, and expert support – so you always have access to the expertise you need to succeed in the role.

For us, project management is not just a tool – it is a core competence. And we are looking for you who want to continue developing together with some of the best in the industry.

Within our business area Compliance & Management, we support an efficient transition to digital, sustainable, and secure solutions through expert knowledge in areas such as quality, safety, sustainability, and project management.
