Are you a communicative person with previous experience of being the hub of the network within installation projects? Entrecon Consulting has several requests from our clients for senior and experienced installation coordinators/installation managers.

You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments at our client sites.

Background & Profile

We are looking for someone with a relevant university or vocational education who has worked in the industry for a few years and has acquired good knowledge in ventilation, plumbing & heating (VS), electricity, and/or control & regulation.

You speak and write Swedish fluently, as well as speak and understand English, and hold a B driving license.

You should be professional, business-minded, straightforward, and clear in your communication, with a good ability to build strong relationships with employees, clients, and other stakeholders in a construction project. We are looking for a motivated person with high social competence who can work independently as well as in a group. To fit the role of installation coordinator/installation manager, you need to be goal- and service-oriented and unpretentious. We place great importance on personal suitability.

As a person, you are used to taking great personal responsibility and working towards set goals. You are positive and unpretentious, a team player who understands what is required of you and how to coach your group to achieve the set goals in the best possible way. You enjoy the role of leading and motivating others around you.

Furthermore, you are meticulous, willing to collaborate, and a person who contributes to creating a good atmosphere in the workplace. You are solution-oriented, structured, and driven. You have good collaboration skills and great engagement.

You enjoy varied work and can switch between solving problems "here and now" and working more proactively and planning. You are used to handling many different tasks in parallel, but you never compromise on matters concerning safety and quality.

Tasks & Areas of Responsibility

As an installation coordinator/installation manager, you are responsible for:

  • Installation coordination during the design phase
  • Installation management during production
  • Coordinated testing
  • Preparation of program and system documentation
  • Financial control and installation estimates
  • Tenders and procurement of installers and bids
  • Scheduling and follow-up
  • Review and inspections

The role includes supporting during the design and production phases with ongoing installation technical questions as well as prior to project handover.
