About the Role

We are currently seeking a Project Manager for an established, technically specialized company within installation, welding, and gas systems. The assignment is conducted through our staffing agency, with excellent opportunities for continued employment and transition to the client company.

The operations include work with medical gases, industrial gas systems, and advanced piping systems. Projects are carried out in environments with high demands on quality and safety, such as hospitals and industrial facilities.

What the Role Entails

As a Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for projects – from planning to final delivery. You will work closely with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring that projects are executed according to set goals.

The role includes, among other things:

• Leading and monitoring projects within gas and piping installations
• Planning resources, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinating work between technicians, suppliers, and contractors
• Ensuring that work complies with applicable regulations and quality requirements
• Managing client communication throughout the project
• Contributing to the development and improvement of working methods

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in project management and a strong technical interest, preferably within installation or industry.

To succeed in this role, we require that you:

• Have experience in project management
• Have a background in piping installation, HVAC, process industry, or similar
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and communicative
• Are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Hold a valid B driver's license

Experience with projects in hospital environments or working with gas pipelines, where high demands on safety and precision are central, is considered an asset.
