About the role

In this broad and varied role, you will act as both Technical Product Manager and operational support. You will lead technical development projects, dig into data, coordinate work, and ensure that the right solutions are built on time. The role requires you to enjoy rolling up your sleeves and taking initiative in a startup-like environment, and you will collaborate closely with the CTO, developers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Product Manager, you will lead product initiatives, ensure product quality, support development teams, and actively use AI tools to optimize deliveries. You will analyze system architecture, communicate visions, and build structure in a dynamic environment.

  • Lead, define, and prioritize product initiatives throughout the development cycle.
  • Ensure product quality and success criteria before and after launch.
  • Support development teams with problem-solving, issue management, and technical documentation.
  • Actively utilize AI tools like Claude Code for faster deliveries and better solutions.
  • Analyze data flows in a distributed system architecture to identify improvements and integration opportunities.
  • Communicate product vision, technical constraints, and progress to stakeholders.
  • Build processes and structure in growing environments.

We are looking for you who

  • Have experience in technical product and project management within software development (preferably SaaS).
  • Have the ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Have a good understanding of product development, user benefits, and technical feasibility.
  • Possess advanced technical skills to navigate complex environments and analyze distributed systems.
  • Are familiar with using AI tools like Claude Code for problem-solving.
  • Have the ability to prioritize initiatives, make pragmatic decisions, and balance business needs against technical constraints.
  • Have experience with Azure, GCP, or AWS.
  • Have knowledge of event-driven architecture and Durable Workflows.
  • Have experience with REST APIs.
  • Have knowledge of React or React Native.
  • Have experience with SQL and data warehouse solutions like Snowflake, BigQuery, or RedShift.
  • Are familiar with tools like Linear, Notion, Figma, Postman, Looker, and Linux terminal/CLIs.
  • Are fluent in Swedish and English.

It is a plus if you have

  • Experience in developing applications (including AI-assisted development).
  • Good knowledge of technical documentation (e.g., OpenAPI/Swagger) and support-related issue management.
  • The ability to handle conflicting priorities and find pragmatic solutions.
  • Experience in building structure in growing environments.
  • An interest in association democracy or the sports world.
