This autumn 2026, we are launching our Life Science Academy for the seventh consecutive year, a springboard for those seeking opportunities to grow within the pharmaceutical industry or the medical technology sector in roles such as:

- Validation/Qualification - Quality - Technical Project Management / Project Engineer - Production Development / Process Engineering - Product Development - Testing and Verification

About the program The Life Science Academy spans 6 months and includes, in addition to your assignment, training, knowledge exchanges, and networking opportunities. You will have the chance to deepen your knowledge in areas such as GMP, validation, CE marking, and project management using our own project methodology XLPM. Concurrently with the program, you will be assigned to one of our clients. After the program, you will continue your journey and career as a consultant with us at Knightec Group.

About you To thrive in the consulting role, we see that you are someone who enjoys meeting new people and has the ability to build relationships. You are flexible, value good collaboration, adapt easily, and are not afraid of change. In our industry, things move quickly, and we are responsive to our clients' journeys and where our expertise is needed. Our assignments are located in Greater Stockholm, which means you need to be able to commute within that region.

You are curious about technology and interested in how production and large production flows work. You are keen to work with both world-leading, large international companies and smaller companies of various kinds.

We prefer that you have a five-year engineering degree to have the right prerequisites for the role, but equivalent education combined with relevant work experience is also of interest. You may have encountered the Life Science sector through a summer job, part-time job, or perhaps you have already worked for a year in the industry. Alternatively, you may have experience from another industry but are now interested in starting to work in Life Science. You need to be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

This is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period, based at one of our offices in Stockholm: Hagaplan 4 (Forskaren) or Rättarvägen 3 (Solna). Travel for work may occur to our clients.
