As a property manager for our rental housing, you will be responsible for leading and developing our customer delivery of management services. You are an important partner to our clients and ensure that the properties maintain the highest quality – both today and in the long term.
Together with a dedicated and competent customer team, you will drive the work forward with a focus on sustainability, structure, and quality. You will work broadly and strategically – from budget responsibility and maintenance planning to follow-up, development, and satisfied tenants. Of course, you will ensure that laws, regulations, and requirements are met with high professionalism.
Our property portfolio is located in Stockholm and surrounding areas, where you will have a varied and dynamic everyday life with significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and ensuring the delivery of management services
- Preparing property budgets and forecasts, as well as following up and analyzing operating net
- Coordinating customer teams and creating efficient workflows
- Ensuring that properties comply with applicable laws, regulations, and authority requirements
- Updating and developing maintenance plans, as well as procuring and following up on measures
- Working proactively for sustainable solutions and high customer satisfaction among tenants
You contribute with your expertise and engagement
We are looking for someone who is customer-oriented and motivated by building long-term relationships. You are a self-driven person who takes responsibility and works towards clear goals. With your problem-solving ability and good communication style – both verbally and in writing – you contribute to secure collaborations and satisfied customers. Working digitally is a given for you, and you have good computer skills.
Your background
We see that you have:
- University, college, or vocational education in property management
- At least three years of experience in managing rental housing
- Solid construction technical competence with many years of experience in construction technology and technical systems
- Experience in being responsible for operating net for properties
- Broad experience in maintenance planning and operational optimization
- Experience with management agreements, procurements, and project management
- Good knowledge of new technologies such as AI, IoT, smart control systems, and digital tools for energy and operational optimization
- Driver's license B and access to a personal vehicle is required (travel between management objects is included)

This position is a permanent full-time employment with a placement in Stockholm. Riksbyggen applies a probationary period.
