Your Responsibilities

As a systems specialist, you will work within the function of Infrastructure, information security, and business development, responsible for managing and further developing the Microsoft 365 (M365) platform. You will contribute both to daily management tasks and to the development of the platform, where you implement technical changes and ensure sustainable solutions in close collaboration with colleagues. An important part of your role is to continuously monitor news and changes within M365.

Your Qualifications

The position requires that you have a university degree in the field or an education or work experience that the employer considers equivalent. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing. You have experience in technical management within Microsoft 365 and in improving structure and workflows related to the platform. You have the ability to analyze and solve complex problems within M365 by identifying patterns, seeing connections between services, and making appropriate delimitations. You also have knowledge and experience in security for cloud services.

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability, which means that you have the ability to work independently and drive work forward in a dynamic environment. You also have good collaboration skills.

Meritorious:

• Certifications in the M365 area.
• Basic understanding of AI features within M365.

Your Employment

Permanent full-time employment. A six-month probationary period may apply. Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement. Place of employment: Borås. Diary number: PA2026/24
