Position: Summer Worker – IT Service Desk
Location: Gothenburg HQ
Job type / duration: Full-time during the summer period, June–August 2026. Flexible shifts may apply to cover service desk hours.

Your role
As a Summer Worker in the IT Service Desk, you will deliver 1st line IT support to Mölnlycke employees. You will work closely with the team to support daily IT operations and help end users resolve IT-related issues, both on-site and remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for IT-related questions and incidents
- Work with end-user support tickets and follow them through to resolution
- Support users with hardware, software, applications, and IT infrastructure
- Collaborate with the IT Service Desk team on daily operational tasks
Who you are
- Currently studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related IT field
- Have basic experience or knowledge of IT support environments
- Comfortable working in the Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environment
- Have a basic understanding of Microsoft services and end-user systems
- Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken
- Service-minded, structured, and enjoy helping others
