We are now looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst/Developer with expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) who wants to help further develop a platform used by thousands of employees.

The Role

In this role, you will work at the intersection of business and technology. You will drive development forward – from needs and requirements to finished solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

• Work closely with the business and our stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into sustainable solutions
• Develop, configure, and manage the CSM module in ServiceNow
• Create efficient, value-adding, and user-friendly processes and interactions
• Automate workflows and improve work methods through smart platform utilization

We are looking for someone who

Is analytical, curious, and has a genuine interest in technology. You enjoy working both at a detailed level and with overall architecture, and you are motivated by creating solutions that make a real difference in the business.

We see that you have:

• Relevant academic education or equivalent experience
• Solid experience in development in ServiceNow, especially within CSM
• Good knowledge of JavaScript
• Experience in developing and automating processes and workflows in ServiceNow
• Ability to lead workshops and engage in dialogue with the business or customers
• Experience in management, troubleshooting, and incident handling
• Understanding of architecture and how solutions fit into a larger system environment
