As a Project Manager for our client in Vara, you will have the opportunity to drive, change, and improve projects within the manufacturing industry. You will be the driving force behind projects where you will lead from idea to implementation by translating requirements and needs into feasible projects. The projects you are responsible for will vary over time and in scope, but may include the implementation of new products, replacing or improving machines and processes, as well as leading larger changes in production.

Examples of tasks:

• Ensure delivery within time, budget, and quality.
• Develop project plans and follow up.
• Manage project budgets, investments, and equipment purchases, as well as ensure production capacity.
• Motivate and lead the project team and communicate with internal stakeholders and management.

• Has a completed bachelor's degree in production technology, automation, or equivalent.
• Has at least 3+ years of experience in project management within production or the manufacturing industry.
• Has knowledge and experience in automation and manufacturing processes.
• Has experience in equipment purchasing and activities such as RFQ, FAT, and SAT.
• Has good knowledge of both Swedish and English as both languages are used in internal and external contacts.

This is a consulting assignment, which means that you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition from the client company and our side is that you will then be directly employed by the client.
