Your responsibilities

As an onsite support technician, you will work closely with users and help with IT-related issues that cannot be resolved via remote support. The role involves practical troubleshooting and on-site support as well as ongoing dialogue with users via ticketing systems, phone, email, or Teams. You will be based with the client in Gothenburg but will need to be at the client's location in Malmö a few days each month.

Your tasks may include:

• Support and troubleshooting within Windows, M365, LAN/WAN, Azure, Intune, and Active Directory

• Installation and rollout of computers

• Troubleshooting hardware and software

• Support for networks, printers, and conference room equipment

• Documentation of cases and solutions

• Management of mobile devices and basic IT administration

• Creating simple manuals and FAQs/Guides

We would like you to

• Have a few years of experience in onsite support or IT support

• Have knowledge of Windows, networks, and Microsoft 365

• Be service-oriented and enjoy helping users

• Be self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented

• Be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Have a valid driver's license (B)
