We are now looking for an onsite technician for a long-term consulting assignment at a larger warehouse operation in Gothenburg. The assignment is suitable for you who are at the beginning of your IT career or have a few years of experience and enjoy being close to the operations and users.

In the role of onsite technician, you will primarily work with IT support in both warehouse and office environments. You will assist users in their daily work and handle issues related to IT equipment and systems used in the operations. The role may also involve support for several nearby units as needed.

The support is mainly provided on-site, which means a lot of direct contact with users. Therefore, it is important that you are service-oriented, confident in user dialogue, and can work independently with responsibility for daily IT support.

Responsibilities

• Onsite IT support for warehouse and office users

• Troubleshooting and handling of:

  • Forklift clients

  • Hand scanners

  • Label printers

• Basic network-related issues

• Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT equipment

• User support in an environment with both shift work and office hours

• Independent work with responsibility for daily operations and on-site support

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in IT support within M365 and Windows clients, preferably onsite or in a warehouse/production environment

• Understanding of hardware related to warehouse operations (e.g., scanners, forklift clients)

• Basic networking knowledge

• Driver's license B (requirement)

Assignment information

• Assignment length: 6 months with an option for extension (long-term need)

• Start: Immediately

• Location: Gothenburg (onsite, 5 days/week)

• Working hours: 08:00–17:00

• Scope: Full-time
