With us, you will be part of an experienced and inclusive team responsible for the operation and maintenance of our own IT infrastructure. Managing security platforms will be part of your everyday life, as well as seeking new and better opportunities to improve our security work. You will collaborate with competent colleagues who manage and further develop the delivery within IT/OT, including project implementation and management work.

Your main responsibilities:

• Contribute to the daily work of managing and further developing our security platforms.
• Participate in planning and implementation of security-enhancing measures.
• Be involved in strengthening and developing our ability to detect and manage security threats.
• Work with risk and security protection analyses and develop and follow up security plans.
• Support the business and projects in security-related issues.
• Act as a requirements setter when purchasing IT/OT security products and related services.

The role may eventually include on-call duties.

Requirements

To thrive and succeed in this role, you have good self-leadership and feel comfortable in a role with responsibility and many collaboration areas. You work in a structured manner, have a knack for creating order, and are driven by building successful teams through collaboration and joint problem-solving.

Since the contact network in the role is partly international, you need to have a good ability to express yourself in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

We know that you will develop together with us, but for this role, we would like you to already have:

• Several years of experience in IT/OT security.
• Experience in managing and further developing security platforms.
• Relevant education in the field, or equivalent work experience.

It is advantageous if you also have:

• Good technical knowledge in IT/OT security and security platforms, such as for security logging, vulnerability scanning, and similar.
• Experience working with and administering infrastructure components (Linux, Windows, and/or networks) in high availability environments.
• Certification in the security field.
