Job Description

Randstad Digital is now looking for a cloud and solutions specialist for one of our clients. Here you will work with digital solutions primarily within M365, SharePoint, PowerPlatform, and CoPilot. The role is broad, and you will work with development and improvement as well as management. The role is both strategic, business-oriented, and hands-on with implementation and support.

The need at our client extends for approximately one year, and we are looking for both an interim solution and/or direct recruitment to the client. We are also interested in collaborating with subcontractors for this assignment.

Responsibilities

You are the primary contact person for the business and have overall responsibility for driving and managing the system landscape. This means ensuring that all solutions deliver measurable business benefits by

• Designing, developing, and implementing digital solutions focusing on M365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and AI (Copilot)
• Driving 1st & 2nd line support, internally or via suppliers
• Ensuring that development and configurations harmonize with adjacent areas
• Actively working with user productivity through training, quick guides, and informational materials.
• Measuring and following up on user satisfaction and the effectiveness of the solutions
• Monitoring the external environment and keeping updated on new features and releases

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has worked with Microsoft Power Platform for at least two years, with experience in Logic apps, Azure Automation, PowerApps, Copilot Studio, M365, and SharePoint. You have experience implementing solutions via integrations, APIs, and workflows, etc.

We prefer that you have an academic education in a relevant field.

You also need to have excellent knowledge of both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability and are looking for candidates with a strong technical interest; you are curious and keep updated on how IT is evolving.

This role involves a lot of contact with the business and suppliers, so you need to be a communicative and relationship-building person who can talk to people at different technical levels.
