Do you want to take a key role in translating the Cyber Security Act into concrete change? Here, you will drive a gap analysis in a complex organization where information and cyber security need to be strengthened both at the management level and in operational work.

The assignment spans several central competence areas, including governance and responsibility, risk management, incident management, continuity capability, supplier management, as well as change and development processes. You create a common and anchored current state picture, identify deficiencies, and develop a prioritized action plan that can be implemented in practice. This is an interesting opportunity for you who want to combine regulatory knowledge with real impact in a business with many dependencies and high demands on structure.

• You analyze the organization's current working methods and identify gaps in relation to the Cyber Security Act.
• You develop and anchor a common current state picture for cyber security work together with management and relevant operations.
• You identify, prioritize, and concretize measures that strengthen the organization's capability in information and cyber security.
• You drive the work with cyber security strategies at the management level and contribute to clearer governance and follow-up.
• You develop or update governing and supporting documents, such as guidelines, routines, instructions, and templates.
• You strengthen working methods within systematic risk analysis in change and development work.
• You contribute to improved processes for detection, classification, escalation, and reporting of security incidents.
• You work on issues related to continuity, recovery of critical systems, as well as backup routines and manual working methods.
• You ensure that security requirements are handled in procurement, supplier follow-up, and dependencies on third parties.
• You provide support in projects, implementations, and change management for components operated on-premise.

• Experience with ISO27001, for example implementation.
• Experience with implementing various regulations, such as DORA.
• Documented experience working with NIS2, the Cyber Security Act, or equivalent regulations.
• Experience from municipal or other complex organizations.
• Ability to work both strategically and operationally.

• Experience from social services, elderly care, or other welfare activities.
