As a consultant at Nexer, you work on assignments where technology matters. It’s about solutions used every day that need to be robust, secure, and capable of evolving over time. You influence architecture and structure – not just implementation.

The focus is on backend development with .NET, primarily within ASP.NET Core, but you are comfortable working across the entire stack when needed.

You will join product-focused teams where responsibility and quality are integral parts of everyday life. This may involve:

• Developing and enhancing APIs and services in .NET / ASP.NET Core

• Working with modern frontend solutions (React, Angular, Vue, or Blazor)

• Building integrations with internal and external systems

• Implementing authentication and authorization solutions (e.g., Entra ID, OAuth2/OIDC)

• Working with containerization, cloud environments, and CI/CD

It’s not the framework itself that is important – but that the solution is well thought out and holds up over time.

You are a developer with at least 5 years of experience who is confident in .NET and accustomed to working in real deliveries.

• You write code that others can understand and build upon.

• You think about structure, testability, and long-term sustainability.

• You have experience with at least one modern frontend framework.

• You understand how security, data, and architecture are interconnected.

• You take responsibility – both for your code and for the overall solution.

You don’t need to be an expert in everything, but you enjoy understanding how the entire solution works.

• Experience with clean architecture or DDD

• Worked with Docker/Kubernetes

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or another cloud platform

• Familiarity with event-driven solutions

• Played a more driving role in technical discussions

• Worked with AI in practice – for example, AI support in IDEs, integrations with LLMs, or more advanced AI and agent-based solutions depending on the assignment
