Are you technically inclined and fluent in Finnish? Do you want a varied and developing role where you are the hub between customers, salespeople, and internal functions? Chemelex is now looking for a Finnish-speaking technical inside sales representative for our office in Mölndal! Our valued colleague Marja is retiring in May, and we would like you to work alongside her for a period for the best handover.

About the role

As a technical inside sales representative for the Finnish market, you will play a key role in our Nordic team. You will be an important contact point for our customers and work closely with both the Finnish field sales team and our technical specialists. The role is broad and combines technology, customer contact, problem-solving, and administration.

You will work with:

• Technical support via phone, email, and chat
• Technical solutions and calculations within heating cable systems
• Quotation work in ERP/Salesforce and follow-up on quotes
• Order placement, order control, and coordination with logistics
• Case management and complaints
• Support for designers, installers, architects, and contractors
• Collaboration with the Finnish sales organization
• Technical simulations and simpler installation and troubleshooting support
• Ongoing dialogue with colleagues in the Nordics and within the group
• The working languages are Finnish, Swedish, and English

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks Finnish fluently - this is a requirement
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Has technical understanding or experience from technology/installation/support/order
• Enjoys helping customers and building good relationships
• Thrives in a role where you switch between customer contact, administration, and technical issues
• Is meticulous, reliable, and used to handling multiple cases simultaneously
• Has experience in order administration, technical support, or similar (meritorious but not required)

It is advantageous if you also:

• Have worked with electricity, installation, or heating cable systems
• Have experience with ERP/Salesforce
• Can use AutoCAD or Bluebeam
• Have read drawings or are familiar with technical documentation
