ABOUT THE POSITION:

Friday is currently looking for a technically inclined person who wants to work with First and Second Line Support for our client! The client provides IT support to simplify and streamline all systems in their 120 different stores across Sweden.

In this role, you will be part of a support team of 3 people and work with support cases via their ticketing system. You will be the primary point of contact for users within the group who encounter technical issues. You will help them troubleshoot and resolve problems with software, hardware, networks, and other IT-related questions. This can involve everything from resetting passwords to repairing and replacing hardware. You will respond to phone calls or emails. That said, it is important that you are technically interested and enjoy working with IT and people.

Some of the tasks will include:

• Providing proactive and solution-oriented support to our colleagues across Sweden.
• Handling incoming calls, emails, and IT cases.
• Identifying and resolving technical problems and documenting them accurately in our ticketing system.
• Collaborating with the team to effectively resolve customer cases.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO HAVE:

• Previous work experience or education in support/helpdesk or IT-related experience.
• Previously supported IT equipment such as phones, printers, computers & projectors.
• Prior experience with any ticketing system.
• Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish as this language is used in your daily communication with your colleagues and customers.

You will need to identify problems and areas for improvement in your support cases and have a natural ability to solve problems. Formal education is not a requirement for this position; instead, we value experience and a strong interest in IT and technology.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT:

This is a consulting assignment, which means that you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition from our client and our side is that you will be hired by our client.
