Randstad Digital is currently seeking a 3D Visualizer in the Automotive sector for a consulting assignment with a global leader in premium electric mobility and automotive R&D.

In this role, you will be part of a high-performing team focused on artistic visualization to meet the growing demand for high-quality content for world-leading automotive brands. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical data and visual storytelling by creating photorealistic images for both design reviews and marketing materials. Responsibilities

We are looking for a technically inclined creator who thrives in a structured yet fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuously improving workflows within visualization.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• At least 5–10 years of relevant experience in CGI production within the automotive industry.
• Strong skills in Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Solid expertise in Vred and Davinci Resolve/Fusion.
• Documented experience producing high-quality photorealistic CGI for design or marketing purposes.
• Good understanding of data flows (end-to-end) and collaboration between design, engineering, and visualization.
• Ability to work effectively in project-based environments with tight deadlines and parallel deliveries.

We will be particularly impressed if you also have:

• Experience in CAD and asset preparation specifically for visualization.
• Knowledge of or experience with Teamcenter (Viewer) and CATIA.
• A strong interest in learning new tools and developing digital pipelines.
• Experience troubleshooting data quality and ensuring assets are production-ready.

Responsibilities

• Produce world-class photorealistic CGI content for design reviews and global marketing materials.
• Be responsible for technical CAD and asset preparation to ensure data structure and quality meet production requirements.
• Conduct pre-production for visualization by managing incoming data and preparing assets for an efficient CGI workflow.
• Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure the visual outcome aligns with technical and design requirements.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks in the workflow and suggest technical solutions to enhance team efficiency.
• Maintain high delivery accuracy and quality even under pressure in parallel projects.
