We are looking for a senior requirements analyst who will lead and drive requirements work in a complex and integrated initiative. The assignment includes the development of methodology, support in procurement of system support, and the introduction of routines for production and capacity planning. You will have a central role where you maintain the requirements picture throughout all phases of the project and work closely with project management, business, development, and testing.

For the right person, the assignment can also be combined with test management, where you coordinate and lead testing work according to the client's testing process.

• Lead and drive requirements work through all phases of procurement and implementation projects.
• Ensure that a complete, verified, and verifiable requirements picture is established and maintained over time.
• Develop processes and workflows related to production and capacity planning.
• Establish requirements-related documentation according to the client's requirements process, such as requirement plans and specifications.
• Ensure that the right resources are available for requirements work and provide training and support as needed.
• Support procurement management with incoming questions and during supplier evaluations to verify that the stated requirements are met.
• Collaborate with test management to achieve high test coverage of procurement requirements.
• If combined with a test management role: lead and coordinate testing activities with the supplier, report status and risks, and compile test results and deviations.

• IREB certification or equivalent
• Documented experience as a requirements analyst for at least 5 years
• Experience in requirements work in procurements
• Very good ability to document and present in Swedish
• References that support the above

• Longer experience as a requirements analyst
• Documented experience as a requirements analyst for at least 9 years
• Experience and practical knowledge of test management and testing work
• ISTQB certification
• Practical experience with leading testing tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
• Experience with procurements according to LoU
• Documented experience of projects within publicly governed healthcare
• Worked with and knowledge of VGR's project organization
