Do you want to work in a strategic and operational role where you strengthen cybersecurity and risk management in a complex, global organization? We are now looking for an experienced IT Security & Risk Officer for a qualified consulting assignment in Gothenburg.

The assignment combines strategic development with hands-on work and gives you the opportunity to influence the organization's security capabilities, reduce business risks, and simultaneously enable continued business value.

Assignment period: March 16, 2026 - December 31, 2026 Scope: Full-time, 100% on-site in Gothenburg

You will work cross-functionally and collaborate closely with Enterprise Architecture, DevSecOps teams, product development, and operational functions. The role involves both quality assurance, advisory, and driving work within cybersecurity and compliance.

• Conduct and quality assure TARA analyses

• Participate in and support security audits

• Strengthen operational cybersecurity processes

• Drive and anchor “Security by Design” principles

• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIS2, UNECE R155/R156, CRA, and GDPR

• Apply lean governance for effective risk management

• Ensure that security architecture harmonizes with cloud services and modern IT environments

• Solid experience in risk analyses, threat analyses (TARA), and security audits

• Strong ability to review cloud services from a security architecture perspective

• Deep understanding of the CIA principles (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability)

• Experience with ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR, CRA, and UNECE R155/R156

• Operational experience in cybersecurity in a global environment

• Very good English skills in both spoken and written form

• Experience with AWS

• Experience from the automotive industry

• Background in agile organizations

• Competence in incident management, crisis management, or forensics

• A strategic and operationally close expert assignment
