We have a welcoming and pleasant workplace at Selma Lagerlöfs Torg with an activity-based working method. We offer flexible working hours, remote work, and strive for a balance between work and leisure. This means a certain freedom but also requires responsibility from each employee. We have clear leadership based on the City of Gothenburg's approach; we know our mission and who we are here for, we care, we work together, and we think innovatively.

To fit the role of development leader in data protection, you need to be strategic in thought but operational in action. You have the analytical ability to handle complex contexts that affect the mission in relation to the Department of Functional Support and the outside world. The work involves both a leading and a coordinating role, which requires you to be both collaborative and service-oriented.
To successfully carry out your mission, we see that you are good at planning, prioritizing, structuring, executing, and following up on tasks.
