Do you want to make a societal impact and contribute to Sweden's independence in the world? We are now looking for you who are a DevOps system integrator with knowledge in IT infrastructure for our operations in the Gothenburg area. At FRA, every task is part of something bigger. If you are the one we are looking for, we can offer a varied job in a knowledge-intensive environment where you can make a difference every day.

Your Mission

As a DevOps system integrator within IT infrastructure, you belong to a unit within the technology department, which is responsible for providing the organization with the technical systems it needs. This includes the development, management, and deployment of new technical systems as well as the operation and maintenance of existing systems. We are now looking for you as a system integrator who wants to help build a new area within IT infrastructure in our operations in the Gothenburg area.

Here you will be part of an agile DevOps team where you collectively are responsible for the entire lifecycle of the production systems and the IT infrastructure that falls within the group's areas of work. You will work from requirements gathering to implementation and maintenance. The assignment is independent, but you will always work closely with and receive support from your colleagues in the group. You will also collaborate a lot with nearby teams. Short domestic travel may occur in the position.

You Can

We are looking for someone who has:

  • High school diploma
  • At least four years of work experience in practical, hands-on IT work equivalent to an IT technician, system administrator, system integrator, or system developer. Of these four years, you should have worked at least three years in the IT infrastructure area, with examples such as storage, backup, network infrastructure, cloud, and/or directory services
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
  • Driver's license (B)

We consider it an advantage if you have:

  • University degree with an IT focus
  • Experience with agile work methodologies, such as the SAFe framework
  • Knowledge in identity and access management (IAM)
  • Knowledge in virtualization
  • Knowledge in cloud services
  • Scripting skills in, for example, Powershell, Bash, and/or Python
  • Knowledge in directory services such as Active Directory (AD), Entra ID, or LDAP
  • Knowledge of DNS, PKI/certificate management, and/or NTP

You Are

We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is:

  • Self-driven – Since the assignment is largely independent, it requires that you can take responsibility for your task, structure your approach, and drive your processes forward independently.
  • Flexible – You easily adapt to changing circumstances. You can quickly change your perspective and see opportunities in changes.
  • Good at collaborating – You have many collaboration areas, both within your group and with nearby teams, where you depend on each other to deliver value to the organization. Therefore, it is important that you can relate to others in a responsive and smooth manner through constructive communication.
  • Persistent – Even when a project encounters setbacks, you maintain energy and focus, and have the ability to work until the project is completed or results are achieved.
