We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Technical Product Support Engineer (3rd Line) specializing in PC-based software. You will be part of an advanced product support team within robotics, working to resolve complex technical issues reported by customers.

The role involves close collaboration with a global service organization and many points of contact, both internally and with international customers. You will contribute technical expertise regarding products, applications, and best practices, aiming to create stable and long-term solutions.

• Handle and resolve advanced technical support issues at the 3rd line level
• Provide technical product and application support for PC-based software
• Collaborate with internal global service functions and international customers
• Work systematically in a case management system with escalations and follow-up on response times
• Contribute technical expertise and customer-tailored solutions in complex support cases

• University degree in computer science, software development, engineering, or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: robotics, RobotStudio, RAPID, dotnet, Process Simulate
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Experience in 3rd line technical support (case management, escalations, SLA/response times)
• Experience in service or support-oriented roles
• Basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting
• Programming skills, particularly understanding REST APIs
• Understanding of infrastructure and communication behind IoT platforms and web-based solutions
• Project management skills
• Previous experience in robotics
