Fewer should be able to do more through more efficient processes and systems. In Kungälv Municipality, we want to simplify for citizens, businesses, and employees and provide them with faster and better service. Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include working closely with the operations and focusing on the sector of Safety and Support. You are experienced and comfortable leading complex digitalization initiatives, initiating and leading projects that promote digital transformation within the organization, and collaborating with various departments to ensure that digitalization projects meet the needs of the entire organization. You will primarily work together with staff in Safety and Support, participate and be a presenter in management groups, and report to the Chief of Digitalization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, 180 credits
• Further education in digital transformation, YH

We believe you have worked in similar positions before and, in addition to well-documented knowledge in information technology and IT platforms for collaboration, data management, and integration, also have knowledge and experience of processes and services within care and support. Alongside these skills, experience in process development, business analysis, and development is highly valued by us.

The position being advertised is unique in Kungälv Municipality as the role is new and involves contributing to, challenging, and improving Kungälv Municipality's digital IT landscape for both citizens and users as well as for businesses and employees. You will work in a group within Development and Innovation focused on developing digital services. As a Digitalization Leader, you will also work in the Digitalization Unit and, if necessary, work across the municipality.

Desirable education and experience

• Further education in digital transformation, such as YH education in digitalization, business development, or e-health.
• Experience leading digitalization initiatives within community-oriented operations.
• Experience working with innovation management or service design.
• Experience working with change management and digital maturity.
• Courses in change management, service design, or public administration.
• Education in welfare technology or e-health, modeling, Lean, and Agile methods.
