IT Support Technician (3 positions) – Full-time | April 2026–March 2027

Barona is now looking for three technically curious and service-oriented IT Support Technicians for a long-term assignment with a public organization.

About the role

You will primarily work with first-line support, both via phone, on-site, and through ticketing systems. The role is varied and combines support, installation, and practical IT work within the organization.

Examples of tasks:

• First-line helpdesk
• Troubleshooting PCs, Windows 10, and Windows 11
• Support for Mac (OS X) and Chromebook
• Support for Android phones, iPhone, and iPad
• Management of printers, copiers, and projectors
• Work in ticketing systems
• MDM systems
• Directory services (eDirectory and AD)
• Outlook support
• Patching network outlets
• Deployment via SCCM and MDT
• Installation and delivery of IT equipment

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong technical interest
• Can resolve first-line issues both via helpdesk and on-site
• Is structured, driven, and delivers according to instructions
• Works independently but enjoys being part of a team
• Has good social skills and a positive attitude
• Likes to help users – even when it’s the fifth password change of the day

Requirements

• Driver's license B
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Basic IT education or equivalent work experience
• Good collaboration skills and service mindset
• No criminal record (clean background check)
• Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week)
• Participation in monthly on-site meetings

Assignment period

• April 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Work is conducted on-site at the client
