With responsibility for operation, support, management, and development of the IT systems used in VGR's operations, we help create the conditions for effective care. We are now looking for an engaged Support Specialist who is solution-oriented in interactions with users and customers. Take the opportunity to apply to one of Sweden's largest IT organizations.

Your Mission

In the role of Support Specialist, you will work in our customer support handling incoming cases from VGR employees. Support cases are primarily received via phone and chat but also through a case management system, covering everything from PCs, printers, and telephony to questions regarding server equipment and networks. You will have no upselling or other sales requirements; instead, we are looking for a colleague who has the ability to provide the best possible service to our customers. We will provide you with solid training and relevant education to equip you to resolve incoming cases efficiently and professionally.

IT Support 1 belongs to the office in Skövde, and there is the possibility to combine work from our offices and remotely.

To Succeed in This Role, You Need:

You have relevant post-secondary education or equivalent work experience and are accustomed to working in a technical support role over the phone. We are looking for someone who is a flexible and service-oriented problem solver driven by providing our customers with a positive customer experience. Through calm and secure communication, you assist our customers in the best possible way, and you express yourself well in both speech and writing. You are also a team player who enjoys solving varying technical challenges.

We see it as advantageous if you have technical competence in basic telephony and mobile management, PCs & printers, as well as networks and printers. We also wish that you have administrative experience and knowledge in documentation management, and that knowledge in LEAN and ITIL, as well as providing support in Office 365, is advantageous. It is also beneficial if you have operational knowledge in healthcare or experience with systems that are common across Västra Götalandsregionen.
