About the Company

We are looking for a 2nd line support technician for a consulting assignment with our client in Gothenburg. The assignment starts as soon as possible but no later than March 30. The assignment lasts for 1 year with a chance of extension.

Job Description

The assignment mainly consists of:

• Supporting both our external 1st line and colleagues when they need help on-site
• Writing and editing knowledge articles, procedures, and instructions, etc.
• Being part of our flexible working method and working within the rolling schedule for the various parts that occur within a service desk, including our walk-in desk.
• Other technical support in the field may become relevant
• Supporting both PC and Mac users.
• Account management
• Participating in our incident coordination

The work is a consulting assignment via NearYou. The assignment is full-time, and working hours are Monday to Friday 8-17. Overtime may occur.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of experience in support in both 1st and 2nd line
• Worked according to the ITIL framework (certification is not required)
• Knowledge of Windows 11, Intune, and Azure
• Knowledge of PC/Mac environments
• Knowledge of Android and iPhone
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing
• Experience documenting in a pedagogical manner (e.g., knowledge articles, procedures, and instructions)
• Experience working in ticketing systems, experience with ServiceNow is desirable
• Has worked with incident coordination
• It is a merit if the consultant has good knowledge of public operations with IT management and IT security.
