We are now looking for a senior ITSM consultant with strong ITIL expertise who wants to take overall responsibility in a comprehensive change assignment for one of our clients. You will play a key role in driving requirements gathering, procurement, process development, and implementation of a new case management system – from strategy to execution.

Your responsibilities

In the role of ITSM consultant/ITIL specialist, you will support our client throughout the entire change process, from pre-study to implementation.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Planning and conducting requirements gathering through workshops

• Compiling and quality assuring functional and non-functional requirements

• Support in the procurement of a new case management system

• Preparation of procurement documents and evaluation criteria

• Mapping and developing processes and roles according to ITIL 4

• Establishing working methods for Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Knowledge

• Conducting ITIL training for different target groups

• Participation in implementation, testing, migration, and change management as needed

You will work closely with both the business, IT, and procurement and have a central role in ensuring quality and structure throughout the project.

The client's office is in Kungälv, so it is important that you can work on-site there a few days a week; it is a hybrid setup where you can also work from home a few days a week.

We hope you

• Have documented experience in the procurement of ITSM/case management systems

• Have many years of experience in ITIL and process development within IT organizations

• Are experienced in requirements gathering and workshop facilitation

• Have good pedagogical skills and experience in conducting training

• Have experience working in the public sector

• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

The start date for the assignment is March 1st, so you need to be available to start then.

Meritorious

• Certification in ITIL 4

• Experience in larger change or implementation projects

• Experience in configuration and integration work in ITSM tools

• Knowledge in change management
