Are you a technically curious and service-oriented person who enjoys working closely with users? On behalf of our client, we are looking for an IT support technician with Mac expertise and experience in both first and second line support. We welcome your application!

ABOUT THE POSITION:

As an IT support technician focusing on Mac expertise at our client, you will be responsible for second line support, account management, and management of client platforms and applications. The role also includes internal incident coordination during critical IT events. You will work closely with the client's external first line support, which you will both support and have overall responsibility for.

Part of the job involves staffing the Walk-in desk at the office in Gothenburg, where you provide direct support to users. You will also support other offices in the region, which may involve some travel to local offices as needed.

Examples of tasks in the role:

  • Support both external first line and colleagues when on-site help is needed
  • Write and edit knowledge articles, procedures, and instructions, etc.
  • Be part of their flexible working methods and work within the rolling schedule for the various parts that occur within a service desk, including our walk-in desk
  • Other technical support related to other IT on their products
  • Support both PC and Mac users
  • Build up competence and support regarding the Mac environment
  • Account management
  • Participate in their incident coordination
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:
  • Has several years of work experience in both first and second line support
  • Has knowledge of Windows 11, Intune, and Azure
  • Has knowledge of PC/Mac environments, particularly Mac environments
  • Has knowledge of Android and iPhone
  • Is experienced in working with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
  • Has experience documenting in an educational manner, such as knowledge articles, procedures, and instructions
  • Has worked with incident coordination
  • Can communicate fluently in Swedish in both speech and writing, as the language is used in daily work

It is an advantage if you:

  • Have good knowledge of public operations with IT management and IT security
  • Have worked according to the ITIL framework

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT:

This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday.
