Job Responsibilities

Your assignment includes the roles of information security coordinator and data protection contact, which are both strategic and operational.

In addition to supporting the organization with everyday questions that arise, the main focus is to work systematically and long-term with information security and data protection.

In the role of information security coordinator, you will lead, coordinate, and develop Göteborgs Stads Leasing AB's systematic work on information security and data protection in collaboration with other colleagues. You will also be driving the implementation of our new system for information security and data protection.

Your tasks are based on applicable legal requirements within the areas of responsibility. Examples of tasks and responsibilities within the various roles include developing, implementing, and maintaining strategic documents and guidelines, as well as creating conditions for management and employees to carry out correct security and information management in their operations. Additionally, tasks include conducting security analyses, reviewing contracts, evaluating incidents, and supporting the release of public documents.

You will be part of a team of 6 employees responsible for property, security, and archive issues.

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you have a university degree or post-secondary education with a focus on information security, data protection, and/or archives, or several years of work experience in information management issues that we consider equivalent.

The position requires that you can express yourself well in speech and writing and have good computer skills.

In the role of information security coordinator/data protection contact, we value your social competence and your ability to collaborate. You enjoy having varied tasks and can flexibly adjust and prioritize between different tasks.

Since the position involves many contact points, we see that you have the ability to create and maintain good relationships. You thrive in a service-oriented role and are a person motivated by finding solutions to problems that arise.

An important part of the job involves leading various types of risk analyses, workshops, and classifying information, which is why good knowledge of risk management is a prerequisite for succeeding in the role. You should also be comfortable leading meetings and giving presentations.

To succeed in the position, you should also have some basic knowledge of applicable legislation in the area and be able to read and interpret laws and regulations to subsequently help the organization achieve compliance.
