We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead within Cloud & Infrastructure to take a key role in designing, delivering, and optimizing hybrid infrastructure solutions across Azure and on-premises environments. You will combine technical leadership with hands-on implementation, supporting a cloud-first strategy with an automation-first mindset, scalability, and operational efficiency.

You will work closely with the Cloud & Infrastructure Product Owner and the team, contributing to solution direction, ensuring high-quality delivery, and mentoring engineers in day-to-day work.

• Act as the primary technical authority within a hybrid cloud team, balancing strategy and execution across cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
• Partner with the Cloud & Infrastructure Product Owner to align technical priorities with the product roadmap and organizational goals.
• Guide architecture and solution design for hybrid infrastructure with focus on scalability, security, and reliability.
• Lead design and implementation of Azure infrastructure, including AKS and Kubernetes-based solutions.
• Oversee maintenance and integration of on-premises infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity with cloud environments.
• Implement monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery strategies across hybrid environments.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation using tools such as Bicep and Terraform.
• Streamline deployments through DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support cost optimization initiatives and contribute to vendor management follow-up.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in hybrid infrastructure management and DevOps methodologies.
• Support developer productivity tooling such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise.

• Extensive experience in cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on Azure, including Kubernetes and hybrid cloud environments.
• Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Bicep, including DevOps automation practices.
• Strong understanding of containerization, orchestration, and deployment workflows, including Kubernetes and related tooling.
• Proven ability to integrate on-premises infrastructure with cloud systems, addressing performance, scalability, and operational challenges.
• Solid hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and driving automation across hybrid environments.
• Strong practical experience with DevOps ways of working and ITSM frameworks, with recent hands-on support to developer teams.

• Experience with AKS.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Enterprise.
• Experience working with cloud cost optimization and vendor follow-up.
