System Administrator at Lerum Municipality

The Unit for Operational Support within the Support and Care sector is looking for a system administrator within the system management organization. The unit has 20 employees, including development leaders, planning leaders, and system managers, and is led by an Administrative Manager. The administration is divided into sectors. The Support and Care sector includes social services, elderly care, municipal healthcare, as well as labor market and disability support services. The unit is organized directly under the sector management and serves as a support function for all sector activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a system administrator, you will support operations with user support, access requests, and other administrative tasks. The Support and Care sector primarily uses the operational system Treserva, but there are other systems managed by the system management organization. Your tasks will include contact with suppliers and sector employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating and communicating with others to achieve the best possible results and who thrives on supporting operations with various types of systems and access support.

You are expected to work in a structured, careful, and efficient manner with a pronounced sense of service. You have the ability to understand issues and prioritize effectively. As a person, you are curious, attentive, results-oriented, and possess good administrative and organizational skills. You enjoy working independently as well as in a team.

Previous professional experience in any of the sector's areas of operation and experience with Treserva, TES, and MCSS is an advantage.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Start date by agreement. The position is a fixed-term employment for approximately one year, with the possibility of extension.
