Full Stack Developer for the County Administrative Boards' IT Department

The IT department of the County Administrative Boards is national and works for all 21 County Administrative Boards in Sweden.

Job Description

We are looking for a full stack developer with a sense for both technology and people. You are the one who likes to collaborate with the business, asks those smart questions, and builds solutions that are as elegant as they are useful. Bonus if you get happy every time you build something that saves time for thousands of users.

You will:

• Work in a team that builds mapping support and services that make community planning understandable, usable, and preferably a little less... complicated.
• Develop modern web applications across the entire stack – frontend, backend, database, and everything in between.
• Build upon our DevOps flows and ensure that it runs in production.

Qualifications

At least 5 years in development and DevOps work.

Frontend

• JavaScript / TypeScript
• Vue.js or React

Backend

• .NET / .NET Core and API development

Database

• SQL Server (e.g., complex joins, indexing, performance optimization, stored procedures, and SSIS / ETL flows)

DevOps & Infrastructure

• Containers (Docker + Kubernetes or OpenShift)
• Windows Server environments

Desirable

• AD, networking, virtualization, PowerShell, Linux
• Experience from large public organizations or security-classified development
• Mapping technology: OpenLayers and/or Esri

The salary range for this position is approximately 46,000 - 53,000 SEK and is based on skill relative to relevant competence for this position.
