What does the role offer?

As an IT support employee, you will be an important part of Tingstad's first line support. You are the first contact for internal users and play a central role in creating a smooth and positive IT experience within the organization.

You will handle cases via phone and ticketing system and support users both at the headquarters and at other locations within the group. The role is varied and developing – no day is the same.

Examples of tasks:

  • Handle incoming cases via phone and ticketing system

  • Troubleshoot computers, phones, and peripherals

  • Support for networks and software

  • Install and configure workstations

  • Ensure quick and professional feedback to users

  • Document solutions and contribute to improved routines

You will be part of a smaller IT team responsible for the entire group's IT environment and working closely with the business.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in IT support or service desk

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

  • Experience with the business system Jeeves

  • Experience from trade, logistics, or similar operations
